Transforming Unconscious Patterns
Into Conscious Choices.
The UMS Method
1. Map the Unconscious:
Using the system developed by Margaret Field Kean, we go on a quest into your unconscious. I hold your hand as we walk into the woods of your unknown self, shining a flashlight to see what needs to be healed. These sessions operate like a map, and may feel mysterious as I ask you to mirror simple hand positions. Trust the process and results will follow.
2. Consciously Re-pattern Old Beliefs
Using the Unconscious Mapping System, we will efficiently identify that moment’s healing priority - which could be physical, nutritional, emotional, or spiritual. No stone is left unturned. Once we have found it, we will use talk therapy to harness the power of the conscious mind in re-patterning harmful programs at the deepest level of self. Depending on what emerges, I may choose to support the insights of talk therapy with any of the following tools: visualizations, meditations, body work, supplement testing, food testing, referrals to other practitioners, and more.
3. Integrate the Work
You leave the session with a new sense of balance, and clear guidance on how to integrate this work and let it take root.
About UMS Sessions
I offer Unconscious Mapping System sessions for individuals and for groups (couples, families, and companies). Each UMS session lasts 60-90 mins for individuals and up to 2 hours for groups. It is important to allow the work its time to unfold. Our sessions take place virtually on a video call.
The Unconscious is calling…
Will you answer?
The Unconscious Mapping System can be beneficial for a wide range of problems. Regardless of what you’re going through, the system will illuminate the root cause and help you understand how to move forward. These are examples of the types of “signposts” that demonstrate a call to journey into the unconscious.
Physical
Chronic pain, repeated illness, infertility, mysterious symptoms etc. UMS can help uncover what’s going on and what is needed to feel better.
Emotional
Anxiety, depression, stress, desperation, helplessness, grief, or anger. UMS can be an effective for long-term mental health challenges or as a crisis management tool.
Nutritional
Insomnia, addictions, gut problems, sensitivities, deficiencies, allergies, and intolerance. UMS can pinpoint specific triggers to aid health and wellbeing.
Spiritual
Feeling lost, purposeless, or experiencing a lack of belonging. UMS can help you connect to the flow of life, reclaim joy, and find your soul path.
